NPF Microfinance Bank Plc wishes to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange, its shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 26th January 2021 to consider among other things, the Audited Interim Financial Statements for the Period Ended 30th September 2020 and the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Bank for 4th Quarter Ended 31 December 2020.

Consequently, the Bank will enter into a closed period for trading in its shares from 11th January 2021 until 24 hours after the Financial Statements are released to the public.

Accordingly, no Director, Employee, Persons discharging managerial responsibility and adviser of NPF Microfinance and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the closed period.
