Oluomachi Joseph Okpara, the boy with a golden voice who hails from Ahiazu Mbaise of Imo State.

The nine-year-old Olumachi has the voice of an Angel who was favored by God recently as he went viral after a video of him was shared on social media. He hawks for his parents on the streets.

While he was hawking on that faithful day, a man identified as Stanley Naeso, recorded the video while he was at his mechanics to repair his car and posted on his Facebook.

This video got a lot of reactions and so many share that it got to the attention of many Nigerian.

As the video went viral rendering a passion-filled Christian hymns while hawking pears on the streets landed several scholarships offers from well-meaning Nigerians.

In the video footage of Oluomachi, widely shared on various social media platforms, the boy could be seen singing effortlessly in a deep angelic voice to the admiration of onlookers.

The uncommon talent exhibited by the young Oluomachi has continued to thrill many Nigerians, among others, to offer a scholarship to him.

First was Senator Stella Oduah, she rewarded him with a full scholarship and classes at her Music School. Senator Oduah, who represents Anambra North in the Senate, shared the video footage of the boy on her Twitter handle, @stellaoduah, and said the young talent needs to be nurtured through educational sponsorship. “This amazing sonorous angel must be encouraged so I ask anyone that knows his whereabouts to help me locate him.

“A full scholarship and also classes at our music school awaits him already,” the Senator tweeted.

Followed by Femi Fani Kayode, who sent his brother-in-law with the sum of N250,000 cash promise he made and urge Nigerians to do the same. “Does anyone know his name and can anyone trace him? He is singing in Igbo so I assume he is in the southeast. Once I can confirm his identity and reach his family I will send 250,000 nairas to him and pay for his school fees right up until the university level. I urge others to help him too. The Governor of Imo state, Hope Uzodinma decides to take him as his son and promises to sponsor his education till he becomes a Catholic priest because that’s the young boy’s dreams though this promise was rejected by the boy’s family and relatives. Governor Hope Uzodimma said he is ready to provide all the educational needs of the boy as well as adopt him as his own child. “In celebration of FathersDay, I (have) directed that little 9-year-old Master Joseph Oluomachi Opara, the viral Imo State-born singer be contacted as I announce my intentions to adopt him as my own child. “I also undertake, personally, to sponsor him from primary school level (his current educational level) to Catholic priesthood (his career choice),” the governor tweeted @HE_HopeUzodimma.

Then the Former governor of Anambra State Peter Obi said, I have followed with interest the reactions to the video of the singing Oluamachi.What a demonstration of God’s gift!
