The Board of Directors of 11 (Eleven) Banks listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) have announced the date of their board meetings to consider and approve the group unaudited accounts and financial statements for the period ended 30th of September 2020.

In separate letters, signed by their respective Company Secretaries, the 11 banks namely GTBank, Zenith Bank, Wema Bank, Jaiz Bank, FCMB, UBA, Access Bank, FBN Holdings, Union Bank, Sterling Bank and Stanbic IBTC and published by the NSE, the Board of the lender also announced the Closed Period for dealing in their respective shares.

Accordingly, no director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibility and adviser of the Banks and their connected persons may directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Banks in any manner during the Closed Period.
